Do I need an appointment, or can I just drop by?

Appointments are recommended, but feel free to swing by or give us a call to chat with our service team—we’ll do our best to book you in for a time that works.

How long will my repair or service take?

It depends on the job, but we pride ourselves on faster turnarounds than most dealerships. We’ll always give you a clear timeline.

Are you ICBC-accredited?

Yes—we’re fully ICBC-accredited and can walk you through the claims process, from estimate to repair

Can you pick up or deliver my motorcycle?

We offer pickup and delivery within the Lower Mainland—just give us a call to ask about availability and cost.

Do you sell parts and accessories too?

We stock both OEM and aftermarket parts in-store and can order in what you need if it’s not on the shelf.
